Dzaipi Secondary School welcomes applications from students who have completed their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) for S1 admission and Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) for S5 admission.

As a government-aided school, we follow the Ministry of Education and Sports guidelines for admissions while striving to provide quality education to all qualified students.

We admit students regardless of religion, tribe, or social background, focusing on academic merit and character.

Admission Process

S1 Admission (O-Level)

Complete the application form available at the school office or downloadable from our website.
Submit the completed application form along with a copy of your PLE result slip and primary school leaving certificate.
Pay the application processing fee.
Attend an interview if shortlisted.
If selected, receive an admission letter with further instructions.
Pay the required school fees and report on the specified date with all necessary requirements.

S5 Admission (A-Level)

Complete the application form available at the school office or downloadable from our website.
Submit the completed application form along with a copy of your UCE result slip and O-Level certificate.
Pay the application processing fee.
Attend an interview if shortlisted.
If selected, receive an admission letter with further instructions on subject combinations.
Pay the required school fees and report on the specified date with all necessary requirements.

Mattress (2.5 inches thick)
Bedsheets (2 pairs)
Blanket
Mosquito net
Personal effects (soap, toothpaste, etc.)
Metallic box with lock

Academic Requirements

Notebooks as per subject requirements
Mathematical set
Scientific calculator (for A-Level)
Dictionary
Pens, pencils, and rulers

School Fees

Our school fees are structured to be affordable while ensuring quality education. As a government-aided school, we receive some support from the government, which helps keep our fees reasonable.
